Sea Turtles Creatures of the sea

Loggerhead turtles get their names from their large heads and strong jaws.
Leatherback turtles are the largest turtles, growing as large as six and a half feet. (They can weigh around 2,000 pounds)
Hawksbill turtles can get as large as 200 pounds.
Kemp's ridley turtles are the smallest sea turtles, weighing only 100 pounds.
Green turtles live in warm coastal waters of tropical and subtropical oceans.
The Australian Flatback spends most of its time by the ocean's surface, usually with birds resting on their shells.
