Lack of public education can be a cause of over population, a solution to this is educating women about birth control
Basic health care can indefinitely help and make a difference in life expectancy
over crowded nations could harm the economy once it reaches it's carrying capacity
A healthy country has a low total population
Providing better housing will help with sanitation and health
