Welcome to a photo gallery of images captured at the launch of Stage 2 of the OVO Energy Women's Tour 2018.

The scene is set for the starting line. A massive thank you to our supporters, Rushden Waitrose and Rushden Lakes.
Police from Northamptonshire and even as far afield as Yorkshire getting ready to set off and prepare the roads.
The group gathered to greet the cyclists and special guests.
Special guests included Chairman of East Northamptonshire Council (ENC), Wendy Brackenbury, Chief Executive of ENC, David Oliver, Leader of Rushden Town Council, Sarah Peacock, Deputy Leader of ENC, David Jenney, Mayor of Rushden David Coleman and his Consort Melanie Coleman. The lucky winner of an ENC staff ballot, David Turner, was joined by his son Oliver. They were all treated to a VIP experience and met the world class cyclists!
The real star of the show was Corey, ENC's design a flag competition winner, who received a massive cheer from the crowd.
The cyclists are ready for the start, with Corey poised to drop his flag and set them off!
Crowds lined the start of the race and gave the cyclists a wonderful send off!
Pupils from local schools then took part in a series of fun activities to finish off a great day!
Thank you to Freedom Leisure for giving the kids a great time!

Thank you to everyone who came down to Hall Park and supported the event. It was an incredibly proud day for Rushden and the district as a whole.
