VIP carry all stock, meaning the Warrior Flushing Bypass Manifold For Terminal Units can be assembled and tested within 4 days. The VIP Warrior Manifold is available with 40mm centres (above) or 80mm centres (below).

Valves: Manual balancing valve / Manual fixed orifice balancing valve / Automatic balancing valve / PICV (Danfoss, Belimo, T+A, others)

Specification

Valve for HVAC terminal units mounting such as fan coils, heat exchangers, etc.

Air testing in accordance to BS EN12266-1.

One piece body with integral bypass isolating valve.

Blow-out proof stems.

Working Conditions

BSP 16 Bar up to 130°C

BSP 25 Bar up to 100°C

Below 0°C only for water with glycol additive

Over 100°C only for water with anti-boiling additive.

Compression end max. 16 Bar up to 30°C, max 5 Bar at 120°C
