Parents Night Out!
- Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
- Date: December 14th 2018
- Location: Jackson Preparatory and Early College // Parents can sigh in children at Main office.
- Price: 15 dollars per child, Parents with more then three kids can have a family deal for 30 dollars.
- Ages: 5-13
- Description: Parents night out is a time for parents to drop their children of for 15 dollars. The children will be given pizza and snacks during the night. A movie will be played while children can go play board games and relax in a "chill out room". Multiple group games will be going on during the night that children can participate in if they want to. Parent chaperones will be present to ensure that children have a fun and safe experience, while parents can enjoy the night out.
Community Forum Follow-Up
Thank you to those who attended our first Community Forum last Wednesday. We appreciate your support and feedback as we continue to work hard to improve and meet the needs of our students and families. Your input has been forwarded to the Board, who will work with administration to address questions and concerns.
Winter Dual Enrollment Registration is Filling Quickly! Late registries will have poor selection of classes!
Students who are already dual enrolled should schedule classes with JPEC Navigator Chris Kimbell. Chris has walk-in hours on Thursdays, from 1-3 PM in the main office, and can be scheduled with outside of that time at his normal office in Bert Walker.

The next informational session for the 2021 EF Tours trip to London, Paris, Florence & Rome will be held on Friday, December 7th in room 158, at 4:30. Learn how you can earn college credits while traveling and lock in the lowest price by signing up early on! Please contact Ms. Shirk with additional questions, or if you cannot make it to the meeting. Students and parents who have already signed up need not attend this session.
The Falcon Press
This school year has been productive for JPEC's Journalism team, as they have finished their first newspaper release of this term. The Falcon Press is a news release covering, global, local, and school news. With a quite large section for entertainment who wouldn't want a copy? In this term's first issue of The Falcon Press readers can learn about the science of fear, participate in contests, learn how to be safer on Halloween, and much more!
