Ninety percent of people with bladder cancer are over the age of 55. The average age people are diagnosed with bladder cancer is 73. It is estimated that 16,870 deaths from this disease will occur this year.
Signs and Symptoms: The most common sign of bladder cancer is pain during urination, discoloring of urination, frequent urination, or blood in urine.
Treatment: to treat bladder cancer you can get chemotherapy or a special surgery that removes part or all of your bladder.
