GNRS664 Unit 3 Overview Generational Differences, Collaboration, and Humor

This week’s topics again could seem disparate at the outset. However, highly successful nurse educators acknowledge, appreciate, and utilize each of the three topics in their instructional delivery.

Generational differences provide the realization that learners come from a wide range of ages.

Given these age differences, collaboration is vital for the cooperation of the health care ‘team’ to provide outstanding outcomes for patients.

Finally, humor is introduced here as a vehicle through which instructional delivery can have new dimensions and meanings.

Enjoy the Process
