RED DOG REview

Red Dog is an Australian family comedy film written by Daniel Taplitz, directed by Kriv Stenders and produced by Nelson Woss and Julie Ryan. Red dog was released on the 4th of August, 2011 and made 21 million at the box office.

The film Red Dog follows the story of a dog and how he brings the mining town of Dampier together and helps each person with their individual problems. Red Dog was an ownerless dog until an American bus driver named Jhon comes to the town of Dampier, chasing the money. Jhon takes responsibility for Red Dog and in turn Red Dogs helps him find the love of his life.

I liked the film Red Dog and it was very well made, the cast was great and the acting was on point. Red Dog is a great film, though it is told in an unconventional way. I do however think the truth of others stretch this movies greatness, it is a good moving bu tit is not a great one. Most people will tell you that Red Dog will bring you to tears, this is not the case. You will only cry in this movie you are both a dog person and a girl.

I give red dog a 3 and a half out of 5 stars.
