November Newsletter We've had a busy month with a lot of exercise, creative activities, music and dancing, intergenerational learning, and educational sessions!

Getting crafty with Mrs. Atherton's senior art class from Cochrane High School!
Speaking of crafts - our own Rejeanne Lamarche also held a wonderful craft sale with all her knitting for our residents!
Nothing like a little "live" music and karaoke on our Smart TVs to avoid getting into the winter blues!

A special thanks to Jackie and Buddy Cline for volunteering their Friday afternoon to come in and play some music. Everyone was loving it!

A mother-daughter moment captured during a performance from the line dancing club!
As always, there is plenty of action going on in the games room!
It's not always fun and games though - our residents received an informative talk about hearing loss and the services and devices the Canadian Hearing Society can offer
There's always something new and exciting going on: scuba diving in Indonesia, visiting Lake Louise, the Great Wall of China, or riding a roller coaster. You can do it all on a virtual reality headset from the comfort of our lounge!
