The Next Four Years Stem Concerns

Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States, over the course of his campaign has been very direct on things he will do as president. Health Care is just one of those things he has been straight forward with. The Affordable Care Act, most commonly known as Obamacare, has been this country's system for healthcare since Obamacare has taken office. A lot of Americans do not understand it. Trump wants to get rid of Obamacare completely and replace it with a plan that will insure everybody. Trump explained to Fox News, "were going to have a plan that's going to be great for people". This is a big issue for him, mental health especially. He is sickened that dozens of veterans a day are killling themselves because the healthcare does not provide a quick and stable way for them to see a doctor. Trump wants to speed up the process and have every American getting the care they deserve.

One of President Trump's cabinet nominee for healthcare is Tom Price. When it comes to health care Trump and Price see eye to eye. Price has been against Obamacare for several years now. Most Republicans also hate the Affordable Care Act but never had an alternative on how to change it unlike Tom Price. He has had a replacement plan since 2009. In 2010, Price stated, "Congressional Democrats and the Obama Administration blatantly ignored the voices of the American people and rammed through a hyper partisan piece of legislation that will have a disastrous effect on our nation's health care system". In the past years, he has proposed several ideas for new healthcare. Now that he has a strong chance to do so, Obamacare as we know, could be repealed and replaced with something better for the citizens in this country.

With the new administration, will have a substantial impact on Americans. They are extremely strong minded and believe there plans will be beneficial for our country. I think and hope that this country will have better healthcare insured for us. Changes will be made whether or not people like it. And what people don't understand is that change is necessary and it may not be as bad as they assume. I believe Trump will be the man he says he is and will do well for our country. He looks at America as one and with his mindset, our country can be bigger and better then what it is today.
