You Had Me At Prosciutto From one reluctant cook

Hello what? Except for the morning ritual of grinding coffee beans, I've never been one to enjoy time spent in the kitchen. Just the thought of cooking a meal after a long days work was self-inflicted torture. Why would you do that when there's perfectly good restaurants in town? They offer good wine, and the dishes are done for you.

Risotto and Arborio rice. It's Arborio before it's cooked, Risotto afterwords. Transformation. What's that about?

Mine.

Recipe changes: Butter, it called for to add butter to the arborio on the verge of becoming risotto. I nixed that. With olive oil, prosciutto drippings and parmesan already added... I'd say that's enough fat causing ingredients for one recipe. Taste great any way.
