#1 - Lassiter High School

A Look Back

Lassiter was near perfect in regular season play in 2019 with a lone loss to Roswell in a close 11-9 contest. After a deep run in the GHSA tournament, the Trojans faced off against Lambert in the state semifinals where they came up just short. The Trojans showcased a perfect record in the shortened 2020 season posting a 5-0 record with no opponent putting more than six goals on the board.

2021 Players to Watch

Leading the Trojan attack are Andrew Atchison (Denver), Ethan Cox (Utah), and Braden Erksa (Maryland). Those three have years of experience playing with one another and have been committed to the team dating back to their State-Runner Up season in 2018. Joining those three will be fellow Seniors Josh Turner (PBA), Dylan Hunt (PBA), and Cole Zacharias (Lynchburg) who will look to solidify their reputations in the area and finish up strong in their senior year.

Schedule Highlights

With a team slogan of, "No grit, No glory", the Trojans are excited to take on some of the best teams both in Georgia and around the Southeast. This season Lassiter plays against programs that will test their grit and tenacity in the form of McCallie (TN) and Ponte Vedra (FL). Of their in state matchups, the Trojans will host a six-game home stretch in March, with big matchups against Johns Creek, Centennial, and Roswell highlighting the home stand.
