Virtual reality (VR) refers to computer technologies that use virtual reality headsets to generate video , sounds and other sensations that replicate a real environment or create an imaginary setting. VR also simulates a user's physical presence in this environment. VR has been defined as a realistic and immersive simulation of a three-dimensional 360-degree environment.

This will effect the future because this hasn't really been made before. A lot of kids and teens have ben hooked on to these VR headsets. The positives is that you can have an amazing time playing on this thing, a lot of you tubers (RomanAtwood) play with these systems and bought one for his kids and they always have amazing times with it, even his brother bought one for his kids. The negatives is that a lot of kids and teens all get eye strain , will spend most of their time indoors instead of playing outside or going to do other activities.
