His favorite victims were young boys ages 8-16yrs old. During the 1990's they found 36 boys burried in a graveyard but later into the investigation he confessed to mutilating, raping and killing 140 boys and still investigating 172 cases. During his time of his killings he would tie them up in sadistic mannierisms.

Different ways that he would bribe them was by using money, food or anything kids would might like. Once he had them he'd tie them with a roPe around their hands onto a bed or pole then he would rape them.Afterwards he cut their throats and mutilate their bodies. He would use mainly knives and srewdrivers.

He was capture by Coloumbian Task Force where they investigated the graves where the young boys were found burried dead. He was arrested and was living under a different name at the time to hide his identity whenever he was on the run.

HE WAS ORIGINALLY SENTNCED 1,853YRS BUT IN COLOUMBIA THE MAXIUM SENTENCING THEY WERE ALLOWED TO GIVE HIM WAS 40 YRS BUT IN RECENT YEARS IT WAS INCREASED TO 60 YRS BUT LATER THEY DECREASED IT TO A 22 YEAR SENTENCING BEACUSE OF HIS COOPERATION WITH THE TASK FORCE
