- $50.00 nonrefundable processing fee
- $142.00 one hour Council Chambers rental
- $87.00 per hour for Staff Event Assistant
- $30.00 insurance (only needed if Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement not signed)
Payment in full is due to reserve your requested date. Cash, checks, and money orders made payable to the City of Alameda, as well as credit cards, are accepted. No refunds or credits will be given for any reason including but not limited to cancellations, failure to show up or any unforeseen circumstances.
The week prior
If you would like your own music, you may select from our list, or customize your own playlist by providing the music on a flash drive at least one week before the wedding. Please also not the order the songs should be played.
If you want a personal photo on the screen please also provide the image ahead of time.
You may also drop off the marriage license for safekeeping.
