Die Rondekraal: is a lovely romantic cottage for a couple only. Built with sandstone and a thatched roof, it is furnished in a manner that maintains its’ historical charm. Sleeps 2.
De Hoop: a thatch roofed sandstone cottage part of the original homestead on Papkuilsfontein, was the first cottage to be restored (1987). Set two kilometers from the main farmhouse, it is surrounded by sandstone ruins, which add a certain charm to this setting. Sleeps 2-4 family / 1 double and 2 single beds.
Gert Boom: is lovely airy cottage, built in sandstone, on the other side of a rocky ridge from De Hoop. Completely private, with a poplar grove and old pear trees in front of it, restios all around framing the landscape and a view towards the canyon. Sleeps 4 – 6 in two bedrooms and single beds in living room.
De Lande Guesthouse: is approximately halfway from Nieuwoudtville to the farm Papkuilsfontein. This country style guesthouse is set in a fascinating landscape where three vegetation types and their respective geological formations converge (Renosterveld, Succulent Karoo and Dolerite Sill). Sleeps 8 in 4 by en suite rooms. 1 double and three twin bedded.
Jan Voorman: is a quaint corrugated iron cottage (100m away from De Lande) set against a gentle slope, offering unlimited views of the vast landscape famous for its bright spring colours. Sleeps 4 in 2 en suite rooms.
