Happy New Year! We can hardly believe that 2018 is over but we are ready to roll into the new year with strength, ease, and discipline. For many, the new year is a time for new beginnings - a chance to start over and get back to our deepest desires. There is no better time than now to recommit to yourself, your health, and your practice. We think that yoga is the perfect way to do all of these things and then some. Check out these upcoming opportunities to practice with us and deepen your study of Yoga:


We've made some updates to the schedule to provide new opportunities to practice in the New Year:


A YIN IMMERSION: LOOKINg through the lens

Looking through the lens into the practice and teachings of Yin Yoga will be a way to deepen your awareness of this ancient and ever evolving approach. The physical practices will build a foundation of understanding as to how the practice of Yin Yoga began, its contemporary roots, and its adaptability for a diverse audience of students.

This 300hr qualifying workshop will be offered as a full immersion ($300) and individual sessions ($60 each).


February 22-24

with Tim Feldmann

Tim Feldman is returning to Yoga Landing again in February of 2019! You won't want to miss this incredible Ashtanga Immersion with him.

Tim Feldmann is the director of Miami Life Center, the yoga shala he founded with his wife Kino MacGregor and Matt Tashjian. He was set on the yoga path by his first teacher Lino Miele and is Authorized to teach directly by the founder of the Ashtanga Yoga Method, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and his grandson, R. Sharath Jois. A practitioner of the Advanced A series Tim is dedicated to Ashtanga Yoga’s traditional method. Tim’s humorous, straight forward yet profound teaching style makes him a cherished teacher, traveling extensively throughout Asia, Australia, Europe and the Americas.

This 300hr qualifying workshop will be offered as a full immersion ($250 Early Bird until 2/1) and individual sessions (price varies).


Open Forum Fridays

Fridays at 6pm - Downtown

Open Forum Fridays are a spot on our schedule for prospective teachers and seasoned teachers to try out new class ideas and present unique yogic practices. We invite you to join us each Friday for a new class, new teacher, and new ideas. Here are the classes for January:

These classes will be donation based ($8 recommended) and proceeds are going towards providing heaters for the homeless community in Chattanooga.

2019 200hr teacher training

It's not too late to join!

2019 200HR Teacher Training is right around the corner and it's not too late to join. We can't wait to share this with our community! As well as many of our talented staff members, we are also welcoming two internationally known yoga instructors for our training this year. During this program, you'll not only gain a wealth of knowledge but a family of supportive teachers.
