1. Agency authority is signed between you 'the principal or vendor' and your chosen First National representative, you then make a call to instruct your conveyancer or solicitor to draft up the 'contract for sale' for us to use and refer to during the sales campaign.

2. We arrange the professional photography and floorplan /site plan for a time that suits you and the photographer

3. The ad which is used for all marketing is drafted by the listing agent and sent to you for your approval

7. First 30 minute open home takes place (excluding vacant land) and all feedback is given to you directly afterwards outlining the number of attendees, contract requests, possible 2nd inspections and all offers are presented in writing.

8. A price is quite often negotiated following an open home or they can occur after a private inspection.

9. The cooling off period commences for 5-10 clear business days (with 5 being the minimum)

10. Once the cooling off period expires, you are then unconditionally sold.
