Live Healthy Diet and exercise

To stay healthy we need a healthy diet. This is made up of a decent amount of all the 5 food groups.


We also need 60 minutes of fairly vigorous exercise.

To reduce health risks we have to eat everything in proportion. His means not going over your daily calorie limit.

Attaining a healthy diet would help us live a very good life by boosting our longevity while giving us energy.(My plate)

Not having a healthy diet will strand us in a life full of diaereses and potential obesity.

In summary a healthy diet leas to a healthy life.
