Dippy the Diplodocus Concept - Script - Style

After taking given 3 possible technologies under consideration, I have decided to try my strength in VR presentation using Fusion software. It seems to me that 3D environment would be the best to give the audience impression of how these dinosaurs looked like and how huge they were.

As I can't create interactive VR presentation in Fusion, I have decided that the best way to focus viewer attention to the place I want, is to create theatre/expo scene where everything will take place.

At first, viewer will see nothing around him, just a dimly lit silhouettes of other by standers. A murmur can be heard from all around. It's getting louder until it reaches critical point and the percussion sound silence them all.

Then the spotlight turns on, putting bright light on the scene. First diplodocus skeleton emerges and starts rotating. The smoke is coming from below it. Arrows are pointing at a different parts of the dinosaur with a short note about it.

Style Tile

When exploring colours and patterns, I was looking for something organic and related to the dinosaurs. I had picked couple of colours from the diplodocus visualisation and looked for monochromatic and complementary colour palettes.
