Tricia has been practicing yoga since the mid-nineties, began her practice of Iyengar Yoga in 2002 and became a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher (CIYT) in 2010 in the UK. After establishing her home in the USA, she has continued the vigorous process of of training and assessment, achieving Intermediate Junior II in August 2016 and is certified by International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
She is the director and owner of the only fully equipped Iyengar Yoga Studio - "Iyengar Yoga St. Petersburg" in Florida and brings humour & philosophy together in her teaching. She has studied at the Institute in Pune, under Geetaji and Prashantji Iyengar and also in Bangalore where renown Iyengar yoga teacher and dutiful student of the Iyengars, HS Arun has his yoga school.
Sue has been studying Iyengar yoga since 1989 and is currently certified at the Intermediate Junior II level. She has completed more than 2000 hours of Iyengar Continuing Education. She received her C-IAYT Certification as an International Association Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in June 2017.
Sue brings dedication, enthusiasm, and humor to her teaching, which encourages students to develop their skills and enhance their understanding of yoga as a path for self-understanding, self-improvement, and spiritual development. According to Sue, “Your yoga mat is your laboratory for observing who you are in the moment, without judgment or distraction.”
Daniel Forster is committed to supporting individuals on their healing journeys and offering tools to bring balance for healing mind, body and spirit. After studying International Business and Entrepreneurship at Belmont University, Daniel went on to be certified as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. His focus is in modern Ayurvedic Medicine, using diet and lifestyle practices, herbs, essential oils as well as other modalities.
Daniel believes that living your best life includes moving towards a healthy mind and body, so he explores a holistic approach to aim to prevent and reverse disease, using the fundamental healing principles of mind-body-spirit medicine. His holistic client-centered approach is to provide guidance and knowledge to empower his clients in achieving their own health, vitality and self-nurturing.
