Registered nurses (RN's) provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
Training, Qualifications and Advancement
Bachelor's degree. Advancements are Novice Nurse to Proficient Nurse to Expert Nurse to Mentor Nurse and then to Nurse Leader

The work environment for Registered Nurses work in Hospitals, Physician’s Offices, Home Healthcare services and nursing care facilities. Others work in facilities or serve in the Military.
