Prayer Points This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

All Kingdom ministry begins with, is sustained by, and will triumph through prayer - Jack W. Hayford

Thank you for continuing to praying with us! I would like to start with some testimonies on almost every single prayer point from last time. God truly does hear us and responds!

  • We had our meeting with the Davida and Christo who leads the Open Window SRC. They were so excited about our proposal for leadership coaching and they have asked for not 1, but 2 team sessions per term! We are so thankful for this!
  • We have launched with our Thursday Night Every Nation Connect evenings. We have had a mix of students attending and participating in our discussions. This is still early days, but it is showing real promise!
  • Since the last prayer request message our Berlin finances have grown from 60% to 75%. God is really faithful!
  • Gabriel and I had a discussion and he has agreed to get together every now and then to discuss certain topics on faith and skepticism. One specific topic of interest is the knowability of God.
  • Luvuyo has been very involved and God has really worked incredible in his life these past couple of weeks! God has opened his eyes to see what is possible on campus as well as the role that HE can play! I am so excited about this young man!
Prayer Points

Please pray with us into the following points:

  • I had a meeting with Mandla (a current atheist on campus) and he has agreed to regular discussions on different topics. Our first discussion was about what would make me stop believing in God and for him what would make him start believing in God. We had such an incredible talk and I could clearly explain to him the Gospel and the significance of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. Our next discussion is on the other religions, why can there only be one way to God. Please pray into this.
  • Please continue to pray for Luyuvo! I really believe God has a significant plan for him for his time on campus!
  • Please pray for Juan, a 3rd year student at Open Window. His faith has really regressed since being on campus, but he is hungry to grow in his relationship with God.
  • Please pray for our Campus Society, we are really starting to see momentum in our relationships with students. We have only recently started to see some of those relationships transition into discipleship groups - that is where the power lies!
  • For our #Berlin2017 team. We are just a little more than 2 weeks away from flying out to Berlin. The team is doing well and most of us have already received our Visa's. We are still trusting for the final 25% of the finances to come in. Please pray with us into that!
  • Next week from 4 to 6 April I am taking a bit of a spiritual retreat to press into hearing from God specifically for campus, launching a second service for Centurion, our evangelism culture and also into God's plans for us going forward. Please pray with me to just clearly be with God and hear from God.
Thank you for pressing in, persevering and trusting with us!!!
