Too Much Sugar Torree Scull

Eating too much sugar is extremely unhealthy. Mother's need to limit and monitor the amount their children eat in order to prevent health problems and disease.
Minor effects of too much sugar can be getting colds, the flu, stomachaches, and other viruses. Eating too much sugar can simply make you feel sick.
Major effects of too much sugar can be cavities, tooth decay, bladder cancer, obesity, other diseases and health issues. You could end up in the hospital and on lots of medication.

Another solution to the problem is eating more natural vs. refined sugars. Natural sugars are in fruits and vegetables. Refined sugars are in treats like cookies. Eating more natural sugars correlates with limiting and monitoring the amount of sugar one's child eats in order to prevent health problems and disease.
