Parents are major role models for their children, as they should be living a healthy lifestyle as well so that their children may follow in the same footsteps.
If parents give their children healthier foods in the early stages of their lives, it will ensure that they are receiving the correct nutrients they need, it will give them energy, and keep their bodies overall healthier.
