My name is Ryan and I am a reporter. I am in charge for writing an article on call centers in India. Did you know India has a population of more than 1.2 billion people and are ranked second for population. India's urban population is 31.16%. Schooling in India was bad because the teachers were strict. Most people went to school to learn about technology. In order to work in a call center a high school education is usually preferred but not required. More and more people with bachelor's degrees are entering the field, so getting a degree is a good idea if you want to excel in this field. A call center is full of people answering questions about technology. During training they have to look over a persons shoulder and watch what they are doing. Call center workers make around 2 dollars an hour. India has a comparative advantage because they know what they are doing and they are really smart and can help people with technology.
