My name is Jazmin Gonzalez and I am 15 years old. I was born in the city of San Gabriel and grew up in Los Ángeles. I am currently a sophomore at Esat High School in Glassell Park. I would describe myself as an individual who is very open minded and creative. I’m very open to trying new things and seeing the outcomes of my choices. In the future, I would like to study activism, photography, and possibly culinary arts. What I like best about myself is that I’m willing to try different things and learn the process of how things are created. Photography has inspired me to portray different subjects and events that I think we should get out there to the world. This is my first semester with Las Fotos Project and I love it! What I like most about Las Fotos Project is that your able to come to a space where everyone is so welcoming and you feel very safe and cool to be at. What I liked best about working with the girls at Las Fotos is that you really get to see how each one of their personalities are and you build like a bond between everyone. If I could live anywhere in the world it would be Paris, France. When I was little I always dreamt of living there and taking so many cool photos.
