SHORT-TERM GOALS

Finish the semester strong- My first short-term goal is to finish this semester strong and to get my GPA as high as possible after this semester. To accomplish this goal, I will have to continue to work as hard as I can and I will have to use all the resources that are provided here at Clemson University. I have worked very hard this semester to get myself back on the right track and I need to continue with that work ethic all the way through final exams.

Ask for help more often- My second short-term goal to finish this semester is to seek help from my professors and tutors when I need it. Final exams are coming up quickly and it is very important that I am honest with myself to identify my weaknesses. I need to identify everything that I do not fully understand and ask my professors for the help that I need.

LONG-TERM GOALS

Graduate from Clemson University- I am scheduled to graduate from Clemson in December of 2017 and I need to be all in to get this goal accomplished. I have wanted to graduate from Clemson my whole life and I hold the keys to the car. This is my top goal because I know how happy it will make me and family. I have to have the right mindset and the right work ethic to get this job done.

Be the best person I can be- Another very important goal to me, is to be the best son, brother, and friend for all the people around me in my life. Honesty will be very important and it will be important to love everyone in my life to the fullest. I will need to work at following God's will for me and to be a friend that anyone can count on. Working to be the best person I can be will help me to be appreciated by my loved ones and to one day start a family of my own.

SHORT REFLECTION

This activity was very interesting but at the same time it was hard to narrow it down to just one value. My top five values were God's will, honesty, loved, family, and friendship. All of those values are very important to me and I hope that I am able to live up to those values moving forward. Family was my number one value because I think when things are going wrong in life, you should be able to lean on your family and get through it together. A happy and loving family is all I need to get through life's challenges.
