Good morning, we are Nicola Nardon and Enrico Tabarelli, two students of ITT Buonarroti in Trento. We attend the first class. We live in Val di Cembra, near Trento.
Christmas is coming, a big holiday that is celebrated with family or with friends. We also celebrate Christmas and everyone is preparing it his way. Adults decorate roads, children write letters and the old prepare the Christmas lunch, that is very good. In Trentino there are many typical foods, which vary from area to area and they are fantastic! At Christmas we eat: canederli, polenta with stew and sauerkraut, apple strudel and zelten. Adults drink mulled wine, boys and children drink apple juices.

Apple strudel is a sweet made of flour, butter, sugar, milk, apple, pine nuts, raisin.
