muscular strength- the ability of a muscle group to develop maximal contractile force

Muscular Endurance- ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions

cardio respiratory endurance- measurement of how well your heart, lungs and muscles work together to keep your body active over an extended period of time

Flexibility- the quality of bending easily without breaking.

Body composition- describe the percentages of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies

agility- ability to be quick and graceful

balance-even distrobution of weight enabling upright and steady.

coordination- different elements of a complex body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectivley.

speed- rate @ which someone is able to move or operate

power- move or travel with great speed or force

reaction time - amount of time it takes to respond to a stimulus

BMI- persons weight in kg divided by his or her weight in meters squared. defines normal weight, overweight, and obesity.
