CLIMATE CHANGE Carla Mª Luchoro Rodríguez

What is the climate change?

The climate change is a change in the stadistical distributions of weather patterns when thet change lasts for an extended period of time. Climate change may refer to a change in average weather conditions.

Climate change is caused by factors such as biotic processes, variations in solar radiations, plate tectonics, and volcanic eruptions.

Factors that can shape climate are callled "CLIMATE FORCINGS" or "FORCING MECHANISMS". These included processes such as variations in solar, variations in the Earth's orbit, variations in the reflectivity of the continents and oceans.

Certain human activites have also been identified as significant causes of recent climate change, often referred to as global warming.

Scientists actively work to understand past and future climate by using observations ans theoretical models.
President Obama believes that no challenge poses a grater threat to our childrend, our planet, and future generations tan climate change and that no other country on Earth is better equipped to lead the world towards a solution.

That's why under Presindent Obama's leadership, the United States has done more to combat climate change then ever before.

what's the Greenhouse effect?

The Greenhouse effect is the process by which radiation from a planet's atmosphere warms the planet's Surface to a temperatura above what it would be without its atmosphere.

If a planet's atmosphere contains radiatively active gases the atmosphere will radiate energy in all directions.

which are those gases greenhouse?

A Greenhouse gas is a gas in an atmosphere that absorbs and emits radiation within the termal infrared range.

This process is the fundamental cause of the greenhouse effect.

Carbon dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Water vapor (H2O) and Ozone (O3).

how we can result the climate change?

1. Reduce car emissions.

2. Reduce energy expenditure in your home.

3. Reduce your carbon footprint.

4. Recycle waste and reuse pre-loved ítems.
