Everest Feats A feat is an achievement that requires great courage, skill, or strength.

May 29th 1953, Hillary, Nepalese Sherpa and Tenzing Norgay became the first group to successfully climb Mount Everest.
Two individuals, Apa Sherpa and Phurba Tashi, hold the record of visiting Everest the most amount of times. They’ve reached the summit 21 times. The last visit he made to the summit was in May of 2011.
In october 1988, Lydia bradey was the first female to reach the summit without supplemental oxygen, she was also the first new zealand female and youngest at the time.
