Apttus Upgrade: Favorites Feature of CPQ QUICK REFERENCE

The new Favorites feature can be found within CPQ. Now, you will be able to "favorite" a SKU configuration without having to add each one manually every time. Here's how!

1. When selecting the products in CPQ, you now have the option to "Save as Favorite". You can save as many SKUs as you want or can save individual configurations.

2. When the Save as Favorite window pops up, you will enter a configuration name (Note: the more detailed you are, the better). In the scope dropdown menu, you can select this configuration to be searchable by all (public) or not. Finally, add a description to your configuration. Once you click "save", this window closes and your configuration automatically saves.

3. Once your configuration is saved, you will be able to access this standard configuration on other Proposals,-new or old. In CPQ, you can access your favorites in two ways. First, you can go back into your product catalog & click on favorites below.

You can also access your favorites through the browse catalog dropdown menu shown here.

4. Once in favorites, you can add the configuration in 1 of 2 ways. First, "Add to cart" will add the configuration saved with all pricing adjustments. "Add to Cart Exclude Adjustments" will add the configuration with just list price (no discounting) in the Adjustment Amount column.

Once you click on "Add to Cart", the configuration gets added automatically into the product cart. Note: Make sure to refresh the page to see the changes reflected in the cart on the upper right hand of the page and click View Cart to proceed with the configuration.
