Principal's Corner
Parents and Guardians:
We are offering afterschool sessions for any students taking a high school credited course at Boles who needs to make up time to receive credit. If a student has more than 8 absences in the fall semester for the course, they will need to make up time. If you are unsure, please contact your student's counselor. In-person students will attend the classroom noted, and virtual students will attend via the Zoom link. In order to receive credit, students attend 50 minutes. If virtual, students must have cameras on the entire time. Please use the button below to see the attached calendar for location and log in information.
We have great things happening at Boles Junior High! Even though we have students attending person and virtually, teachers are creating awesome things to help support all learners. Check out a few of our examples:
Thank you to all our families for filling out the survey letting us know your plans for in person or remote learning. If you have reason to change your mind, the form for you to let us know your new plans can be found on our school website, or by clicking the button below.
Please note that administrative approval to changes in a student's instructional setting can take up to five days after your completion of this form.
Notes from the Clinic
If you have a student that is having symptoms of Covid, is currently being tested for Covid, or has tested positive for Covid it is very important that you contact the school nurse for further direction. Our goal at Boles is to keep every student and staff member safe and healthy. If you ever have any questions or concerns please contact Linda Ahern, BSN RN at lahern@aisd.net or 682-867-8000.

Vision, hearing, and spinal screen information is available below.
Concert 1: Varsity Concert (5th & 6th periods and Show Choir) 7:00pm
Students arrive at 6:45 and should be finished by 7:30pm
Concert 2: Non-Varsity Concert (2nd, 3rd & 7th periods and Show Choir) 8:00pm
Students arrive at 7:45 and should be finished by 8:30pm.
Students need to wear their black choir t-shirt and jeans for this performance. Parents, please feel free to stay and enjoy your child singing. You should bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on since this is an outdoor venue. Students will receive a test grade for this performance. If your child has been remote all year, we will reach out to them.

PAL Summer Camp
The Arlington Police Athletic League presents “PAL CAMP 2021,” a unique summer camp experience. This is an exciting opportunity for students entering into the 8th and 9th grades of AISD and MISD Schools.

Box Tops can be found on many different items including groceries, school supplies, paper goods, and much more. If you purchase these items, scan your receipt in the app to help us out. Let your friends and family know as anyone can participate!
