Collin Heath grew up in Utah. He played the piano and many sports, but fell madly in love with baseball at an early age. Collin got his first job as a bus boy in an Italian restaurant when he was 15 and never looked back. Most every job he has ever had was in a restaurant. After high school Collin learned to cook professionally. He moved away from Utah and lived and worked in Las Vegas, San Diego, and eventually found his way back to Park City, Utah. Once Collin was back in Utah he quickly became addicted to heroin and crack. He lost his way for a while and ended up spending a long time in jail. He found his way to Toronto, Ontario where he created a brand new life for himself without the need for heroin and crack. He fell in love with an incredible woman who continuously teaches him what life means, how to work hard and save money, and why people need to give and receive love. They live together with their little pups named Whiskey, and they are both planning on finishing their degree's in the spring of 2020. Collin currently manages a brand new brewery nestled in the heart of Toronto's beer mecca, Leslieville. Collin advocates for addicts and people in recovery and hopes to one day be able to help others in their journey to live life without heroin or crack. Collin smiles everyday.
