some ways to prevent it is don’t label food good or bad, challenge the thin idea but don't let them overeat

some common warning signs are weight fluctuation overeating or fasting

you can go to therapy for treatment

there are about 1.9 billion adults over weight in the world

you can help your friend by helping make them a diet

you don't have to be fat
