KISOM - A School of Mission scroll to learn more

In 1997, refugees founded the Kakuma Interdenominational School of Mission (KISOM) in a refugee camp in Kenya.

They presently meet in this abandoned primary school in the camp

Students come from churches belonging to a refugee initiated association of 73 churches representing a wide variety of denominations and nationalities.

KISOM teaches theology, missiology along with some basic business training to prepare men and women for service as pastors, missionaries and evangelists.

In October 2016, IAFR helped purchase this land for KISOM with the goal of building classrooms and a meeting hall.

KISOM is almost ready to break ground! IAFR has raised $60,000 of the needed $69,000 to begin building the classrooms and meeting hall.

Invest with us into the lives and faith of these remarkable brothers and sisters. Together we can make KISOM a reality.
