Will Jared Cook be a factor against the Cowboys for the Packers offense?
When you think of the packers you think of their receivers. Jordy Nelson, Davante Adams, and Randall Cobb. However Jared Cook is a underrated receiver and a lot of people think he is going to cause problems for the Cowboys.
Jared Cook will be a factor against the Cowboys for the Packers. Jared Cook is not really looked at because his stats aren't really there but his presence on the field forces defenses to play on him. With absence of Jordy Nelson, Jared Cook has an even bigger role in this offense. The cowboys will have trouble guarding him because he is 6 feet 5 inches which is taller than any cornerback on the cowboys and the linebackers that are his height can't run with him so everybody is looking for a big game out of him.
In a article on NFL.com it says “Jared Cook has discovered football heaven as Rodgers' secret weapon and the leading receiver in the post season.”
Also on fanragsports.com it says “Since 2009, Cook has been a solid tight end for the Titans, Rams and Packers, but he rarely reached the public spotlight.” This all shows that he is a good receiver he just hasn't gone over the mark to be great which is what he needs to do against the Cowboys this week.
Overall Jared Cook will need to have a good game in order for the Packers to move on to the NFC Championship.
