All staff get 23 days of holiday each year plus bank holidays. Staff also earn an extra day for each year of their tenure, up to a maximum of 26 days.
We love birthdays so if your birthday falls on a work day, you get the day off in addition to your normal entitlement!
Every now and again we'd all benefit from a bit more time in bed. So we have duvet days where you can call in and take the morning off at short notice.
Childcare vouchers help you with childcare costs and mean you don't have to pay tax and national insurance on an agreed amount you have deducted each month.
Dress Down Fridays
Every Friday, our teams get to display their sartorial eloquence by wearing casual attire. We also host all manner of charity and themed days right across the year.
