April recap:

• We welcomed Connor, Mark, Gigi and Nick!
• Brandon had his 2nd BME and closed 2 primos in one week
• Luke & Spencer both averaged a pitch per day!
• Mark pitched 29 times and closed 25K
• Lauren pitched 26 times, crossed the 30K mark for her BME and won the baller of the week award 3 times in a month
• J.R. won the 10K + 10 pitch challenge, ending LWOM with 20K+ and ending the month as the team's top producer with 34K - Earning the B.O.T.W
• 5 people will be joining Lavi for the "Target Happy Hour": Nick, Mark, Brandon, J.R., and Lauren
• On April 19th, with 8 business days remaining, the team was indexing for 72% of quota. We then closed 130K+ in that timeframe and hit our number!

• A quick conversation about the changes of A.R.
• Lunch N' Learns are scheduled for the month. Attendance optional but encouraged.
• 1:1s are scheduled for the week. Come prepared to do 80% of the talking and discuss measurable action items. These will all be bubbled up to Meredith.
• Fast start incentive from Meredith = Leave early on Friday!
• 22 Selling days! All zeros off the board in week 1 is our goal. Team to 50% of our quota by May 9th. Team to 350K by month's end and the #1 team in the office = Baseball game offsite
