Strawberry Lemon Pancakes Made With Incrediwhip Flavor Packs

Recipe for Strawberry Lemon Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of your favorite pancake mix (Use Directions On Box To Prepare)

2 Teaspoons of Strawberry Incrediwhip Dry Mix Flavor Pack (Available @Incrediwhip.com)

2 Teaspoons of Lemon Meringue Incrediwhip Dry Mix Flavor Pack (Available @Incrediwhip.com)

2 Tablespoons of Powdered Sugar (For Glaze- OPTIONAL)

Lemon Peels (Optional- To Garnish)

1 Teaspoon Hot Water (For Glaze- OPTIONAL)

1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Meringue Incrediwhip Dry Mix Flavor Pack

8oz Heavy Cream (for Butter Pecan Whipped Cream- Optional)

1 pack Butter Pecan Incrediwhip Dry Mix Flavor Pack

Yellow Sprinkles (OPTIONAL)

DIRECTIONS:

In a large bowl, 2 cups pancake mix (as directed on your pancake mix)

Separate 1 cup pancake batter in 1 bowl (for Strawberry Batter)

Add 2 Teaspoons of Strawberry Incrediwhip Dry Mix Flavor Pack and blend with a mixer until completely mixed

Separate 1 cup pancake batter in another bowl (for Lemon Batter)

Add 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Meringue Incrediwhip Dry Mix Flavor Pack and blend with a mixer until completely mixed

Pour onto griddle and flip onto other side when bubbling

Place all pancakes in an alternating stack of strawberry, lemon, etc

Prepare lemon glaze with 1 Teaspoon hot water and mix well until smooth with 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar and 1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Meringue Incrediwhip Dry Mix (OPTIONAL). Lightly drizzle on top of pancake stack

Butter Pecan Whipped Cream (OPTIONAL)

8oz Heavy Whipping Cream plus 1 Butter Pecan Incrediwhip Dry Mix Pack (see directions on the pack to prepare). Put Butter Pecan Whipped Cream on top of pancakes and add sprinkles if desired
