It all started in Paphos (March 2014), and two years later...
...at the University of San Francisco (USF). Wednesday 16 March 2016, first day of IHE2016. Checking the conference bag, the conference programme, catching up with friends from IHE2014 (Paphos), getting passwords for the network, familiarising with space...

About 120 delegates from 10 different countries...

Dr. John Bansavich (Chair of the local organising committee, and Director of Learning Technologies /Center for Instruction and Technology at USF) making his introduction and referring to an IHE2014 photo with Dr. Ben Baab, (Local Co-Chair IHE2016).
On the first day of IHE2016, the impressive keynote speaker Dr. William Rankin from Apple, spoke - among other things - on the end of average, he distributed M&M'S, and...

...and talked about the difference between 'traditional' and 'emerging' learning...

Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Gregg Cox - another keynote speaker - from Lynn University (Top 25 most innovative universities in the US), demonstrated the cost savings when moving from traditional to ebooks.
Donna Caldwell from Adobe presented a number of creative apps.
Speakers covered a variety of iPad related educational topics.

From the board dinner cruise...
Friday 18 March 2016 - Speaker Caryn Leschen from USF (cartoonist, illustrator, writer and graphic designer, best known for her advice comic, Ask Aunt Violet, and her stories in Wimmin's Comix and Twisted Sisters graphic narrative anthologies) handed out digital pens and spoke about the merits of drawing with iPads.

One of the University of Southampton iChamps, Charlie Cosstick was invited to present a paper about his experiences of creating an eBook with his academic lead, Dr Judith Lock. In this video Charlie captured some of his experiences at IHE2016.
