I appreciate your interest in my artwork and prints! I make each single impression print from my original fine art master mixed media plates in my Terrace Park, Ohio studio. The seven-color fountain process that I use creates a richly rendered first impression image on acid-free fine art paper. I add a hand-drawn, one-of-a-kind remarque or "artist's mark" to make each print unique.

I have been working as a children's author and illustrator for almost 30 years. My published works include over sixty books for young readers. In addition to my own self-illustrated titles, I have illustrated the works of writers and retellers including Verna Aardema, Judy Sierra, Margery Cuyler, Judith St. George, Phyllis Root, Jane Yolen, Karma Wilson, Maureen Wright, Daniel Pinkwater, Olivier Dunrea, Eve Bunting and Jane Hillenbrand.
