Holden's Goals English 2 period 6

Semester Goal:

By the end of this semester, i will have kept up only A's and B's in all 6 of my classes. I plan to achieve this by studying and being more prepared for tests especially. ultimately, i need to good on tests the first time, rather than do poorly and have to retake them. I will have to achieve this goal more than once throughout the semester.

"I enjoyed school, I was a bit of a square. I did very well in exams. I was quite lucky I was academic." - Cat Deeley

English Goal:

The goal i have set for myself in this English class is never to let my grade drop below an A. I will achieve this by always turning in everything on time and doing as good as i can on the tests and homework I'm given. I will reach this objective by the end of this year but i hope to be able to keep it up all through high school.

"I think one of the best words in the English language is 'compassion.' I think it holds everything. It holds love, it holds care... and if everybody just did something. We all make a difference." - Michael Crawford

High School Goal:

I will obtain a 3.5 or above GPA to look better for any college i may apply to. I plan to achieve this goal throughout my 4 years of high school. I will achieve this by working hard to obtain only A's and B's in all of my 6 classes.

"In 1980, when I graduated from high school, my goal was to be on 'The Tonight Show' with Johnny Carson at least once before our ten-year class reunion. Our class reunion was in June of 1990, and I was on 'The Tonight Show' in April 1990, so I made it by a few months." - Jeff Dunham

After High School Goal:

After high school i will get into either NAU or CCAD on either a preforming or a 2D art scholarship. I hope do do this by time i graduate high school to further prepare myself for that time. I will do this by using my high school goal of keeping up my GPA to apply for a scholarship to both of these schools and decide between them.

"Life is the most exciting opportunity we have. But we have one shot. You graduate from college once, and that's it. You're going out of that nest. And you have to find that courage that's deep, deep, deep in there. Every step of the way." -Andrew Shue

Personal Growth Goal:

For my personal growth goal, I will strive to get better and better at my art. Specifically 2D, 3D, and preforming. i will achieve this by practicing more in all 3 as well as reaching out to others i know about art and learning different styles. This is one i cant put a time objective on. Art is a talent and a gift that takes constant practice and effort.
