Go For The Greens Day

On Friday, March 17th, our Healthy Lifestyles Committee is promoting its annual Go for the Greens Day for our K-3rd Grade students.

Go for the Greens Day promotes green veggies as good food and good fun! This event emphasizes incorporating veggies as part of healthy meals and snacks. We encourage all students to bring a healthy green veggie for snack or lunch on Friday. Snap peas, celery, broccoli, and cucumber are just some of the many options that students can enjoy. Salad will also be on the menu in our cafeterias!

Join us in celebrating healthy snacking and promoting healthy eating choices at home and in school.
