Self Study Eat breakfast every morning

I chose to study how eating breakfast affects my concentration in the classroom and attitude/energy during the day.

Hypothesis: I think that by eating breakfast every morning my attention, attitude, and energy will be affected on positive ways. Meaning that I will have more focus in classes and overall be happier during the day.

I have documented my recordings in a table for the week of April 10th.

After observing the effects that eating breakfast had on my attitude, attention, and energy I can positively say that eating breakfast; whether it is cereal, a protein bar, or bacon and potatoes, had a positive effect. I was overall more energetic and more motivated. I participated in more activities without needing to nap. I also noticed that I did not need as many cups of coffee.
