A B O U T U S

The Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center is a 24-acre, multi-sport complex located at 3029 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd. in Louisville’s Russell neighborhood, that will host a variety of local, regional and national track meets, volleyball games, concerts and other events. Our facility features 90,000 square-feet of floor space with a 4,000 seat, 200-meter banked indoor track and a 400-meter outdoor track.

The indoor track’s hydraulic floor can be lowered to provide space to add a stage and floor seating to host concerts and other exciting events. In addition we also have a 4-lane mini bowling alley, an interactive rock-climbing wall and a wonderful multi-purpose space perfect for educational programming for the Louisville community.

ASM Global, the operator of the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center, has developed a national program called VenueShield that has been created to instill confidence in those attending events. The following measures have been and will continue to be implemented to ensure that those who work and attend events at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center will know that their health and safety is of utmost importance.

DISINFECTION CLEANING

Prior to every event, trained staff will follow CDC and local guidelines on the cleaning and disinfecting of all areas including touch points (handrails, seats, restrooms, etc). The Environmental Hygiene program was developed with guidance from CDC, NHS, PHAA, WHO, and experts in hygiene.

TEMPERATURE SCREENINGS

Everyone that enters the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center will have their temperature checked by specially trained staff. Anyone who has a temperature of 100.4° or higher will be allowed to wait and then have their temperature checked again. If they continue to display a temperature of 100.4° or higher they will be refused entry.

WEAR A FACE COVERING

Everyone that enters the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center will be required to wear a cloth face mask or covering.

PLEASE KEEP 6' DISTANCE

From arrival to exit, markers and staff will be placed to enforce physical distancing wherever possible. These markers will be placed at the temperature checkpoints, security checkpoints, restrooms, and concession stands.

USE HAND SANITIZER

Throughout the venue non-contact hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed. Although nothing replaces washing our hands with soap and water, these hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed for the convenience of all who attend events at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center.

CASHLESS OPERATION

Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center has implemented serval initiatives for safe operations of concessions. These precautions include a cashless operation, no self-serve distribution of food or beverage, and all items sold will be delivered in an enclosed container or wrapped. All cups will be served with lids and all condiments will be packaged. In addition, Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center has installed plexiglass barriers at all points of sale.

Parking

Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center has two parking lots on the property. Spectators will be directed to park at the south lot (Lot A) located off of Muhammed Ali BLVD. Athletes, coaches, and officials will be directed to park at the north lot (Lot B) located off of Market St.

Event parking is $5 per vehicle. Busses will be directed to a separate location for parking.
