On Saturday, February 4, 107 Briarhill 7th and 8th grade band students participated in the LISD Solo and Ensemble Contest at Shadow Ridge Middle School. These students have been working on this music since our Winter Concert in December.
Mr. Graham and Ms. Cook are proud to announce that ALL 107 students were recognized as superior musicians and received 1st division ratings (the highest rating!).
This is a HUGE deal to have 100% of our participating students recognized at the highest level.
