Sanctuary Support Virtual online

Having a mental health disorder stinks! It can make you feel sad, and isolated. You can feel like no one understands you and that you are all alone.

You do not have to face this alone. There are many people who have mental health disorders and are suffering in silence. You do not have to. You can create a support system of people who share similar situations and will be compassionate and empathetic.

Recovery is possible.

You can live your best life, despite a diagnosis. I know what it is like hitting rock bottom because of my mental illness. I also know how amazing it is to be stable and thriving.

A great support system is one of your best weapons in regaining stability.

Help and Hope is on the way!

If you are looking for a safe space that is non-judgmental, our Monthly Virtual Support Group Meetings are the place for you. Sanctuary Support Group Sessions will be held monthly via zoom. Each meeting will be 40 minutes long and we will discuss a different topic during each session.
