Why did you choose Magnolia Green? Not once, but 3 times!
We have actually chosen Magnolia Green not once, but 3 times and will have lived in 4 sections by the end of the year! I met my now husband while he was building a townhome in Wynstone Park. We got engaged shortly after we moved in and quickly realized that we wanted a garage and a little more space so we built a larger townhome in Valhalla. My husband and I got married in June 2019 and found out we were pregnant with our first son in the fall of 2019. While we were pregnant, Magnolia Green announced the new Legacy Park neighborhood with more single-family homes and golf course views. We knew it was already time to build our forever home. We are currently living in the Glenmoor Oaks apartments in Magnolia Green while our home in Legacy Park is being built. Our first two homes were built by HHHunt Homes. My husband had a great experience building our first townhome that it was a no brainer that we use them again to build in Valhalla. We have changed pace for our forever home and are building with CraftMaster Homes. We are building a Linwood with its open floor plan and farmhouse feel; we can't wait to move in early December so we can celebrate Palmer’s first Christmas in our forever home! We chose Magnolia Green to build 3 times because we love all of the family-friendly events, great friends we have met that have become like family and as my husband would point out; the golf course!
What is your favorite social event in Magnolia Green?
Our favorite social events have been the Groovin' on the Green and Friday at the Green because they are casual, easy going events that allow us to enjoy our community to the fullest. We love Groovin' on the Green for its adult fun but equally love watching the kids enjoy a bounce house or a balloon maker at Friday at the Green while listening to local entertainment. Covid-19 has made us miss all of our community events but we are really counting on making up for it in 2021!
In your opinion, what makes Magnolia Green stand out?
Magnolia Green really stands out because it sounds cliché but the community is more like a family. On any given day you can see neighbors helping neighbors and supporting each other during both their happiest and most trying times.
